1. Digital Goods General Policy

At Namrata, we provide premium digital e-books and career roadmaps. Because digital goods are delivered instantly via internet download, we generally offer no refunds once the purchase is completed and the download link has been generated. This policy ensures the integrity of our intellectual property.

2. Exceptions for Refunds

We understand that technical issues can occasionally occur. We will gladly issue a full refund or provide a replacement copy under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally purchased the exact same digital guide more than once within a 24-hour period.
  • Corrupted File: The downloaded file is unreadable, corrupted, or structurally flawed, and our technical support team is unable to provide you with a working copy within 3 business days.
  • Non-Delivery: You did not receive an email with your download link, it is not available in your account, and we are unable to resolve the delivery issue.

3. Cancellation Policy

Because our system fulfills digital orders automatically and instantly, orders cannot be cancelled once the payment has been successfully processed. Please review your cart carefully to ensure you are purchasing the correct roadmap or guide before checking out.

4. How to Request a Refund

If your situation meets one of the exceptions listed in Section 2, please contact us within 7 days of your original purchase. To submit a request:

  1. Send an email to contact@nam-rata.online with the subject line: "Refund Request - [Your Order Number]".
  2. Include the email address used for the purchase.
  3. Provide a clear explanation of the issue (e.g., screenshot of a duplicate charge, explanation of the file corruption).

Our team will review your request and respond within 24-48 business hours.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received an approved refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take up to 5-10 business days before your refund is officially posted.
